Free
'Talking Power: Our Energy Literacy Train the Trainer Program' is a free professional development and community education opportunity being offered by SA Power Networks, across SA in early 2026.
It is designed for interested financial wellbeing workers, educators, volunteers, community sector workers and the like. Essentially any paid employee or volunteer who comes in contact with vulnerable people, either via community or group sessions or 1:1 support, would benefit from this training. It will help you communicate energy literacy or help topics in a clear and fun way with your community and clients.
The training focuses on fundamental electricity literacy skills and knowledge that will help in the home, such as how to understand your electricity bill and how to save energy and money in the home.
The training has been developed with simple tips and tricks that people can take home, implement, and share.
If you are interested please register and come along. The training is from 10am-3pm and includes morning tea, lunch and is absolutely FREE!
You can visit our website Talking Power: Our Energy Literacy Train the Trainer Program | Talking Power to register for several locations and dates.
