During the month of October, Cheltenham Community Centre are focusing on promoting wellbeing!
Join us along with Veronica Wood, from Grounded Wellbeing for a 90-minute interactive workshop designed to inspire participants to embrace movement as an essential and enjoyable element of daily living.
This workshop will explore the science behind exercise, the benefits of physical activity, and practical strategies to seamlessly incorporate movement into busy routines. Participants will leave equipped with knowledge, motivation, and personalised action plans to make movement a natural part of life.
