2025 Coorong Volunteering Expo

The Coorong District Council is hosting a Volunteering Expo and is seeking involvement from service providers to the not-for-profit sector.
This free event is a fantastic opportunity for your organisation to connect with local community groups and showcase how your services, resources, and initiatives can support not-for-profit organisations such as service groups, sporting clubs, and locally-led committees.

Event Details
Date: Saturday 29 March 2025
Location: Tailem Bend Town Hall & Willow Street Precinct
Time: 9:00am – 1.00pm

What to Expect:
• Site allocation for your materials, flyers, equipment, or even vehicles
• Event marketing and exposure for all stallholders before the event
• Free sausage sizzle for all attendees and exhibitors
• Short information sessions on volunteer recruitment and succession planning (pre-event)
• Children’s entertainment for family-friendly fun
Agenda:

Bump-in: 7:00am - 9:00am
Exclusive Information Session: 9:00am - 10:00am, focusing on attracting & retaining volunteers and succession planning (delivered by Volunteering Sa & NT).
Expo Open: 10:00am
We would love to have you join us at this event to help strengthen our local not-for-profit community.

Can’t be involved this time round but would still like to contribute? We will be seeking donations of goods or services for prizes to volunteer organisations who participate in this event. Please contact myself to discuss further if you would like to contribute.
