DESCRIPTION:'Talking Power: Our Energy Literacy Train the Trainer Program' is a free professional development and community education opportunity being offered by SA Power Networks\, across SA in early 2026. \nIt is designed for interested financial wellbeing workers\, educators\, volunteers\, community sector workers and the like. Essentially any paid employee or volunteer who comes in contact with vulnerable people\, either via community or group sessions or 1:1 support\, would benefit from this training. It will help you communicate energy literacy or help topics in a clear and fun way with your community and clients. \nThe training focuses on fundamental electricity literacy skills and knowledge that will help in the home\, such as how to understand your electricity bill and how to save energy and money in the home. \nThe training has been developed with simple tips and tricks that people can take home\, implement\, and share. \nIf you are interested please register and come along. DESCRIPTION:Ready to build your future? Join us and begin your journey toward a fulfilling construction career! \nBuilding Women\, together with our partners\, and ATEC (RTO 0022) is delivering an accredited\, hands-on training program designed to help women gain practical skills and explore exciting opportunities in the construction industry. \nWhat’s Included:\n* Accredited training: Introduction to Construction Skill Set (SSDIS01008)\n* Site visits & guest speakers\n* Career coaching & wellbeing sessions\n* Work experience opportunities & real employment pathways upon completion\n* All PPE provided \nOpen to women aged 17+ in southern Adelaide and surrounds who are not currently enrolled in school. \nThis taster program includes the nationally recognised Introduction to Construction Skill Set covering:\n* White Card CPCWHS1001\n* Apply WHS requirements\, policies and procedures in the construction industry CPCCWHS2001\n* Work effectively and sustainably in the construction industry CPCCOM1012\n* Use construction tools & equipment CPCCCM2005\n* Undertake a basic construction project CPCCVE1011\n* Work safely at heights CPCCCM2012 \nStarting 4 May 2026\, this 7-week program runs 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday)\, 9am - 3pm. It combines classroom learning\, hands-on activities\, and immersive industry experiences. All training will be delivered at ATEC\, 5 Refinery Road\, Lonsdale. \nThis training is fully funded for those that meet the eligibility criteria. \nInformation Session:\nAttendance is mandatory for all applicants. The session covers program details\, eligibility\, and required commitment. It consists of two parts: \n1 Information presentation\n2.
