DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to invite women aged 16+ to join our free weekly Women’s Street Soccer sessions\, part of The Big Issue’s Community Street Soccer Program.\nStreet Soccer is a fun\, supportive\, and inclusive way to get active\, meet new people\, and build confidence. No experience is needed — we welcome all fitness levels and abilities. Each two‑hour session includes training\, a friendly match\, and access to dedicated coaches and support staff.\nParticipants also receive one‑on‑one support\, with staff helping connect you to services that match your individual needs. The program has a strong track record of creating positive change:\n98% of players say Street Soccer improves their fitness and boosts self‑esteem\n96% report a more positive outlook and motivation to improve their health\n93% feel they always have someone to turn to for advice and support\nSince 2007\, more than 11\,300 people have taken part\, with many reporting meaningful improvements in their lives. Independent research also shows Street Soccer delivers significant social and economic benefits to the community.\nIf you’re looking for a welcoming space to get active\, connect\, and have fun\, we’d love to see you on the pitch.

We are looking to increase participation in our weekly sessions currently held at the State Basketball courts in Wayville. The sessions are held on a Tuesday between 1pm and 3.00pm.
